The TRG team of professionals has decades of experience in handling the spectrum of business and real estate transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity, from mom and pop deals under $1 million to sophisticated multi-asset class transactions involving complex tax, financing, operational and risk management issues with transaction values in excess of $50 million.

TRG, through our alliance with Midwest Tax and Leasing Consultants and its principal, Jeffrey Forman, has developed considerable experience appealing commercial and residential properties. TRG can assist you in evaluating and, if determined to be justified, pursuing your commercial property tax appeal, usually on a success fee basis.

TRG is supported by an experienced commercial litigation practice that resides within our office suite. The group has extensive experience in commercial trials, appellate work and insolvency matters, including trustee, creditor and debtor representation. We also participate in alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and private mediation.
